It Started with Chocolatadas
In 2003, Uba hosted its first chocolatada, a tradition that involves serving hot chocolate along with sweet bread to underprivileged or vulnerable groups, particularly children during Christmas time. The event was hosted in Ubaldina's humble home where she invited local children to come celebrate. Now, two decades later, our goal and mission remain unwavering with that same passion and love.
